TERMS OF SERVICE – ANNETTE YSSELDYK
Prints and greeting cards ordered on Etsy are pre-made and usually ship within three (3) days. Products ordered on the RedBubble site are made to order and have varying processing times depending on the item. Original art ships within one (1) to two (2) weeks.
I do my best to ensure the colours in the product photos match the colours in the physical product. (In fact, I’m often told that the colours are even bolder and brighter in person.) However, the product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of online photos.
To care for your artwork:
- Keep it out of direct sunlight.
- Avoid bending or folding it.
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
- It is bent or folder in any way that does not match its intended purpose (for example, a card that is bent at the crease is an intended purpose).
- It is exposed to direct sunlight for a length of time.
- It gets wet.
I ship through Canada Post/USPS. I can add expedited shipping through a faster carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, when the customer requests it and pays the additional shipping charges.

Annette Ysseldyk is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package. Note that some RedBubble items ship from outside of Canada and may have additional customs fees not reflected at the time of purchase.
I do my best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are either calculated automatically during checkout (RedBubble), set at a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers, or are shipped for free as the shipping cost is built into the price (Etsy).
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time.

My return policy for Etsy items is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Sale items
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com and I will provide a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
